Account Information: When signing in with Google Firebase Authentication, we receive your email address, display name, and unique authentication identifier.
Prospect & Contact Records: Names, job titles, company names, domains, phone numbers, and custom notes or facts that you or your organization members input into the platform.
Mailbox Data: If you connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth, we retrieve email message headers, sender/recipient details, timestamps, message snippets, and email body contents strictly necessary to sync communication history with your contacts.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to provide and improve the Brofty sales platform:

To match incoming and outgoing messages with relevant sales contacts in your pipeline.
To generate contextually relevant sales outreach drafts, follow-ups, and interaction summaries using large language models.
To enforce organization-level role-based permissions (Owner, Editor, Viewer).
To ensure service stability, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.

4. Google API Services & Limited Use Disclosure

Brofty's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

We only access Gmail data after you explicitly authorize connection via Google OAuth consent.
We do not sell your mailbox data to third parties.
We do not use or transfer your mailbox data for serving advertisements or training generalized third-party models without your authorization.
You may revoke Brofty's access to your Google account at any time directly through your Mailbox settings or your Google Account Security dashboard.

5. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest to protect your credentials and data. Access tokens are stored securely, and database records are restricted to verified members of your organization. If you disconnect your mailbox or delete contacts, associated records are unlinked or removed from active databases.
